It has to be said—when most people create photo art using Camera2CanvasArt, they go about it in the simplest way possible! They simply upload a favorite photo to the system and then choose their size. If they’re at least a little creative, they might add a custom border or wrap, but for the most part, people tend to keep it pretty straight-laced. The question is why? It’s understandable to want a classic, simple piece for your home or office, but you should also make a little room for fun as well. Whether you’re working on your first piece of photo art or your hundredth, we caution you to take some risks, to get a little crazy, and to have fun! What you’ll likely end up with is a custom work of art that makes for a great conversation piece and that you can treasure for years to come.

One great trick that anyone—even the least artistically minded among us—can use is to experiment with various filters. Filters, which are available on most modern digital cameras and on many computer photo programs, can change the whole look and feel of your picture. Experiment with various color casts, styles, and more! Usually, one filter per photograph is more than enough, but make sure you check out lots as you make your selection! No matter what you end up deciding, the process of looking at the filters and the effect they have on your photo will be a blast.

Remember that, using any photo editing software, you can easily add unique touches to your photo. Turn your favorite picture into an Andy Warhol-esque work of art, or just add a cute border. The sky is the limit, so let your imagination run wild!
